What is libfuzzylite-dev
libfuzzylite-dev is:
fuzzylite is a fuzzy logic control library which allows one to easily
create fuzzy logic controllers in a few steps utilizing object-oriented
programming. It supports five controller types (Mamdani, Takagi-Sugeno,
Larsen, Tsukamoto, Inverse Tsukamoto), 20 linguistic terms, five
integral and two weighted defuzzifiers, six hedge types, three import
types (FuzzyLite Language, Fuzzy Inference System and Fuzzy Control
Language) and six export types (C++, Java, FuzzyLite Language, FuzzyLite
Dataset, Fuzzy Inference System, Fuzzy Control Language). It comes
bundled with more than thirty examples for Mamdani, Takagi-Sugeno and
Tsukamoto controllers from fuzzylite, octave and matlab, each in all
supported export formats.

There are three methods to install libfuzzylite-dev on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libfuzzylite-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libfuzzylite-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libfuzzylite-dev
Install libfuzzylite-dev Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install libfuzzylite-dev using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libfuzzylite-dev
Install libfuzzylite-dev Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libfuzzylite-dev using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libfuzzylite-dev
How To Uninstall libfuzzylite-dev on Ubuntu 22.04
To uninstall only the libfuzzylite-dev package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libfuzzylite-dev
Uninstall libfuzzylite-dev And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libfuzzylite-dev and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 22.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libfuzzylite-dev
Remove libfuzzylite-dev Configurations and Data
To remove libfuzzylite-dev configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libfuzzylite-dev
Remove libfuzzylite-dev configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libfuzzylite-dev configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge libfuzzylite-dev
