A toolkit for measuring and comparing ATAC-seq results, made in the
Parker lab at the University of Michigan. They wrote it to help
understand how well their ATAC-seq assays had worked, and to make it
easier to spot differences that might be caused by library prep or
sequencing.

There are three methods to install ataqv on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install ataqv Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install ataqv using apt-get by running the following command:
