gkrellm-reminder is:
A useful reminder plugin for gkrellm that can remind you of important
events. Events can be scheduled inside gkrellm’s configuration and
will be displayed in gkrellm-reminder’s panel.
- Events can be scheduled to repeat over an interval of days.
- Events can repeat after a certain number of days or based on the
day of the week - Reminders can be set to display early to ensure you’ll be on time
- Reminders can be repeated later, if necessary
- Runs entirely within gkrellm

After updating apt database, We can install gkrellm-reminder

Update apt database with apt

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install gkrellm-reminder

How To Uninstall gkrellm-reminder on Ubuntu 20.04
To uninstall only the gkrellm-reminder
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove gkrellm-reminder
Uninstall gkrellm-reminder And Its Dependencies
To uninstall gkrellm-reminder
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 20.04, we can use the command below:

configuration and data from Ubuntu 20.04 we can use the following command:
