What is libaprutil1-dev
libaprutil1-dev is:
APR is Apache’s Portable Runtime Library, designed to be a support library
that provides a predictable and consistent interface to underlying
platform-specific implementations.
APR Util is a utilities library implemented on top of apr, providing database
access, xml parsing, and other useful functionality.
This package contains development headers for APR util.
There are three methods to install libaprutil1-dev on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get -y purge libaprutil1-dev

We can use the following command to remove libaprutil1-dev configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge libaprutil1-dev
