What is baloo-kf5-dev
baloo-kf5-dev is:
A framework for searching and managing metadata in KDE Software.
Baloo is part of the KDE Plasma desktop.
This package contains the development files.
There are three methods to install baloo-kf5-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

How To Uninstall baloo-kf5-dev on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the baloo-kf5-dev package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove baloo-kf5-dev
Uninstall baloo-kf5-dev And Its Dependencies
To uninstall baloo-kf5-dev and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove baloo-kf5-dev
Remove baloo-kf5-dev Configurations and Data
To remove baloo-kf5-dev configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge baloo-kf5-dev
Remove baloo-kf5-dev configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove baloo-kf5-dev configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge baloo-kf5-dev
