After updating apt database, We can install binutils-riscv64-unknown-elf
using aptitude

How To Uninstall binutils-riscv64-unknown-elf on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the binutils-riscv64-unknown-elf
package we can use the following command:

To remove binutils-riscv64-unknown-elf
configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge binutils-riscv64-unknown-elf
Remove binutils-riscv64-unknown-elf configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove binutils-riscv64-unknown-elf
configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge binutils-riscv64-unknown-elf
