What is psi-plus-sounds
psi-plus-sounds is:
This package contains sound files for Psi+.
Psi IM is a capable XMPP client aimed at experienced users. There are
keybindings for just about everything, Unicode is supported throughout,
contacts are cached offline. Security is also a major consideration, and
Psi IM provides it for both client-to-server (TLS) and client-to-client
(GnuPG, OTR, OMEMO).
Psi+ is a development branch of Psi IM. Project purposes are:
implementation of new features, writing of patches and plugins for
transferring them to Psi IM.

There are three methods to install psi-plus-sounds on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install psi-plus-sounds Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install psi-plus-sounds using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install psi-plus-sounds
Install psi-plus-sounds Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install psi-plus-sounds using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install psi-plus-soundsInstall psi-plus-sounds Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install psi-plus-sounds using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install psi-plus-sounds
How To Uninstall psi-plus-sounds on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the psi-plus-sounds package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove psi-plus-sounds
Uninstall psi-plus-sounds And Its Dependencies
To uninstall psi-plus-sounds and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove psi-plus-sounds
Remove psi-plus-sounds Configurations and Data
To remove psi-plus-sounds configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge psi-plus-sounds
Remove psi-plus-sounds configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove psi-plus-sounds configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
