Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

After updating yum database, We can install abrt-addon-pstoreoops using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install abrt-addon-pstoreoops

How To Uninstall abrt-addon-pstoreoops on CentOS 8
