What is amg4psblas-openmpi

AMG4PSBLAS (Algebraic MultiGrid Preconditioners Package based on PSBLAS) is a package of parallel algebraic multilevel preconditioners included in the PSCToolkit (Parallel Sparse Computation Toolkit) software framework.

We can use yum or dnf to install amg4psblas-openmpi on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install amg4psblas-openmpi.

Install amg4psblas-openmpi on CentOS 8 Using dnf

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh

After updating yum database, We can install amg4psblas-openmpi using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install amg4psblas-openmpi

How To Uninstall amg4psblas-openmpi on CentOS 8

To uninstall only the amg4psblas-openmpi package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove amg4psblas-openmpi
