To uninstall only the android-libext4-utils package we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove android-libext4-utils

To remove android-libext4-utils configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge android-libext4-utils
Remove android-libext4-utils configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove android-libext4-utils configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge android-libext4-utils
