elpa-evil-paredit provides ’evil-paredit-mode’, which redefines
several evil keybindings to make it harder to get unbalanced brackets
in buffer.
There are three methods to install elpa-evil-paredit
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get

Install elpa-evil-paredit Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install elpa-evil-paredit

After updating apt database, We can install elpa-evil-paredit
using apt
by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install elpa-evil-paredit
Install elpa-evil-paredit Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install elpa-evil-paredit
using aptitude
by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install elpa-evil-paredit
How To Uninstall elpa-evil-paredit on Ubuntu 22.04
To uninstall only the elpa-evil-paredit
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove elpa-evil-paredit
Uninstall elpa-evil-paredit And Its Dependencies
To uninstall elpa-evil-paredit
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 22.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove elpa-evil-paredit
Remove elpa-evil-paredit Configurations and Data
To remove elpa-evil-paredit
configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge elpa-evil-paredit
Remove elpa-evil-paredit configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove elpa-evil-paredit
configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge elpa-evil-paredit
