Introduction

What is fmtools
fmtools is:
Command-line utility for adjusting the frequency and volume and
muting and unmuting FM radio cards.
There are three methods to install fmtools

After updating apt database, We can install fmtools
using aptitude

sudo aptitude -y install fmtools
How To Uninstall fmtools on Ubuntu 22.04
To uninstall only the fmtools
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove fmtools
Uninstall fmtools And Its Dependencies
To uninstall fmtools
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 22.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove fmtools
Remove fmtools Configurations and Data
To remove fmtools
configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge fmtools
Remove fmtools configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove fmtools
configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge fmtools
