What is kde-config-telepathy-accounts
kde-config-telepathy-accounts is:
This package provides a KControl module for adding, editing and removing
Telepathy accounts. This module can be accessed from system settings
under a KDE Plasma desktop.
This package is not meant to be used standalone. It is recommended
to install the kde-telepathy metapackage instead.

To remove kde-config-telepathy-accounts configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge kde-config-telepathy-accounts
Remove kde-config-telepathy-accounts configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove kde-config-telepathy-accounts configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge kde-config-telepathy-accounts
