What is libfungw1
libfungw1 is:
Fungw is a tiny, portable library written in C (C89) that manages
dynamic function calls across different programming languages.
This package installs fungw core library that provides the API, but
does not contain any scripting language binding.
There are three methods to install libfungw1
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libfungw1 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libfungw1

using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libfungw1
using aptitude
by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libfungw1
How To Uninstall libfungw1 on Ubuntu 22.04
To uninstall only the libfungw1
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libfungw1
Uninstall libfungw1 And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libfungw1
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 22.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libfungw1
Remove libfungw1 Configurations and Data
To remove libfungw1
configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libfungw1
Remove libfungw1 configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libfungw1
configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge libfungw1
