After updating apt database, We can install libgdl-3-dev

How To Uninstall libgdl-3-dev on Ubuntu 22.04
To uninstall only the libgdl-3-dev
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libgdl-3-dev

To uninstall libgdl-3-dev
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 22.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libgdl-3-dev
Remove libgdl-3-dev Configurations and Data
To remove libgdl-3-dev
configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libgdl-3-dev
Remove libgdl-3-dev configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libgdl-3-dev
