What is libgorm1

libgorm1 is:

Gorm, the GNUstep Object Relationship Modeler, is a tool to build GUI
interfaces for the GNUstep system. It is a clone of the NeXTStep
“Interface Builder” app.

This package contains the shared Gorm library.

There are three methods to install libgorm1 on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install libgorm1 Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install libgorm1 using apt-get by running the following command:

To uninstall only the libgorm1 package we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get remove libgorm1

To uninstall libgorm1 and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove libgorm1

Remove libgorm1 Configurations and Data

To remove libgorm1 configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y purge libgorm1

Remove libgorm1 configuration, data, and all of its dependencies

We can use the following command to remove libgorm1 configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge libgorm1
