What is libguess1
libguess1 is:
libguess employs discrete-finite automata to deduce the character set of the
input buffer. The advantage of this is that all character sets can be checked
in parallel, and quickly.
There are three methods to install libguess1
on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

After updating apt database, We can install libguess1
using aptitude

How To Uninstall libguess1 on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the libguess1
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libguess1
Uninstall libguess1 And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libguess1
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libguess1
Remove libguess1 Configurations and Data
To remove libguess1
configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libguess1
Remove libguess1 configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
