What is polylib-utils
polylib-utils is:
Polylib is a free C library for doing computations on polyhedra.
The library is operating on objects like vectors, matrices, lattices,
polyhedra, Z-polyhedra, unions of polyhedra and other intermediary
structures.
It provides functions for all important operations on these structures.
This package contains various utilities to perform polyhedral operations.
There are three methods to install polylib-utils on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install polylib-utils Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install polylib-utils using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install polylib-utilsInstall polylib-utils Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install polylib-utils using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install polylib-utils using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install polylib-utils
How To Uninstall polylib-utils on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the polylib-utils package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove polylib-utils
Uninstall polylib-utils And Its Dependencies
To uninstall polylib-utils and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove polylib-utils
Remove polylib-utils Configurations and Data
To remove polylib-utils configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge polylib-utils
Remove polylib-utils configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove polylib-utils configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
