What is qml-module-qtqml
qml-module-qtqml is:
Qt is a cross-platform C++ application framework. Qt’s primary feature
is its rich set of widgets that provide standard GUI functionality.
This QML module contains basic QML types.
There are three methods to install qml-module-qtqml on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install qml-module-qtqml Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install qml-module-qtqml using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install qml-module-qtqmlInstall qml-module-qtqml Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install qml-module-qtqml using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install qml-module-qtqmlInstall qml-module-qtqml Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install qml-module-qtqml using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install qml-module-qtqml
How To Uninstall qml-module-qtqml on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the qml-module-qtqml package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove qml-module-qtqml
Uninstall qml-module-qtqml And Its Dependencies
To uninstall qml-module-qtqml and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove qml-module-qtqml
Remove qml-module-qtqml Configurations and Data
To remove qml-module-qtqml configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge qml-module-qtqml
Remove qml-module-qtqml configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove qml-module-qtqml configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge qml-module-qtqml
