How To Install solvate on Kali Linux

What is solvate

solvate is:

For molecular dynamics simulations it is sometimes appropriate
not to model in the vacuum but to have the proteins surrounded
by their solvent. This program computes the location of water
molecules such that the resulting PDB files become suitable
for further analyses.

There are three methods to install solvate on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install solvate Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install solvate using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install solvate

Install solvate Using apt

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install solvate using apt by running the following command:
