What is libairspy-dev
libairspy-dev is:
Airspy is an open source Software Defined Radio that can receive
between 24 MHz and 1750 MHz. Airspy has a 10 MHz bandwidth.

There are three methods to install libairspy-dev

After updating apt database, We can install libairspy-dev

sudo apt -y install libairspy-dev
Install libairspy-dev Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libairspy-dev
using aptitude

sudo aptitude -y install libairspy-dev
How To Uninstall libairspy-dev on Ubuntu 20.04
To uninstall only the libairspy-dev
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libairspy-dev
Uninstall libairspy-dev And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libairspy-dev
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 20.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libairspy-dev
Remove libairspy-dev Configurations and Data
To remove libairspy-dev
configuration and data from Ubuntu 20.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libairspy-dev
Remove libairspy-dev configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libairspy-dev
configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge libairspy-dev
