What is libapron

libapron is:

The APRON library is dedicated to the static analysis of the numerical
variables of a program by Abstract Interpretation. The aim of such an analysis
is to infer invariants about these variables. It is intended to be a common
interface to various underlying libraries/abstract domains and to provide
additional services that can be implemented independently from the underlying
library/abstract domain.

This package contains the shared libraries needed at runtime.

There are three methods to install libapron on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install libapron Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install libapron using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install libapron

Install libapron Using apt

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install libapron using apt by running the following command:

sudo apt -y install libapron

Install libapron Using aptitude

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install libapron using aptitude by running the following command:

sudo aptitude -y install libapron

How To Uninstall libapron on Ubuntu 20.04

To uninstall only the libapron package we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get remove libapron

Uninstall libapron And Its Dependencies

To uninstall libapron and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 20.04, we can use the command below:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove libapron

Remove libapron Configurations and Data

To remove libapron configuration and data from Ubuntu 20.04 we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y purge libapron

Remove libapron configuration, data, and all of its dependencies

We can use the following command to remove libapron configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge libapron
