Yelp is the help browser for the GNOME desktop. Yelp provides a simple
graphical interface for viewing DocBook, Mallard, HTML, man, and info

This package contains the development files for the libyelp library.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libyelp-dev
using aptitude

sudo apt-get -y purge libyelp-dev
